When the company was founded in 1999 by Jeff Leonard, the business had the accumulated assets of some hand tools and a used Chevy Lumina.  We would like to say that the main focus at the time was trying to thrive in the residential maintenance industry, but the reality is Jeff was just trying to survive and scrape out a little bit of business one customer at a time.  Within a couple of months Jeff was able to trade the Lumina for a used Chevy Astro van and a 24' extension ladder, and the company started to take shape!
